EXILE CYCLES Russell Mitchell and Frankie Rodriguez Go WAAAAAAYYY Back!

Back in the early to mid 1990s, when the whole bike building scene was really gaining steam and popularity, bike builders were obtaining the same notoriety as rockstars, a few took on that limelight attitude and rode it until the wheels fell off, where others cared about the build and the integrity of the artistic pieces they were creating more than then fan fare that accompanied this new world.

When Russell started Exile Cycles in 1995, he quickly became popular not only for his builds but for his care-free punk rock lifestyle and matching attitude which Frank was immediately drawn to s they met at a party in Silverlake and became fast friends and have remained so for 25 years.
